The barber was very patient with my son who has special needs who I took for a haircut and asked questions about what my son would be OK with so as not to distress him eg hairdryer clippers etc which I thought was very thoughtful and considerate.
- It was good a few times but now it seems he don’t care about his old clients. The service is very expensive for a work that I can do myself at home. If you show him something is not good he starts arguing instead of listening and correct his mistakes. If he drop something on floor he will keep using it on your hair. Very poor hygiene. I notice he don’t disinfect the razors and he is catching the skin of all his clients from what I have see looking while waiting.he also doesn’t wash his hands when he is going from a client to another.

Very very friendly atmosphere. The people are straight talking and advise well about hair and the requirements of your desired haircut choice. They’re very professional and worth the money.
booked an appointment for the one in baldock at 8am this morning had a phonecall at half 7 saying the barber had phoned in sick but they could change my appointment to stevenage for 8am which was fine, waited for 20 minutes no one showed up, why state you open at 8am if no one is there?
