I’m very sure the 5 star review was either by staff or people who got paid to review them or something. This is a horrible place.
The staff is extremely rude, they made us pay £40 and even after we wanted to leave, the staff at the door told us in a very condescending manner never to come back again.
My experience at the establishment was deeply unsatisfactory and disheartening. I encountered issues with the security team, who not only deceived me but also charged me excessively at the entrance. This ordeal has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I intend to lodge a complaint through my bank, as evidence of the transaction can be easily provided.
Got there at half past midnight on a Friday night. The club was empty but all the tables were reserved and we were told to sit by the entrance. They also charged us £15 entrance fee per person for an empty club.
I had the worst experience there with security guard Amy! My God i have never seen a woman on a power trip! I was super excited to see night life in Birmingham UK since I was visiting from USA, but this was by far the worst experience in life.
Nice stuff, good music, good price for drinks .
