    I had my first appointment at this nail salon today. The studio is really nicely furnished and clean. The staff was really nice and responded to my every request. The result is simply TOP!

    If I had the option to give zero stars, even that would be too much given the terrible treatment I experienced. The combination of lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior and a blatant indifference to customers’ concerns makes this experience all the more disappointing.

    Hello, I was with you today and had to pay €50, now I see on the internet that a new model with color costs €37. Two fingers were painted so it would have been €41. How do you get to €50 then? Best regards

    Die Kundenerfahrung war leider enttäuschend. Während meines Besuchs habe ich beobachtet, wie andere Kunden ohne ersichtlichen Grund angeschrien wurden. Aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrung würde ich es nicht empfehlen, diesen Laden zu besuchen, da die Kundenbehandlung als äußerst unangemessen empfunden wurde.
